Magnetic Stripe or Contactless RFID options
We can supply PVC Hotel Key Cards - with either a HiCo* Magnetic Stripe - HiCo is the stronger, more resilient option and most requested; or LoCo* Magnetic stripe available on request at the same costs - please advise in the Order Notes section, when ordering, if you want the LoCo option.
We also offer RFID Contactless cards, (our RFID cards use the Mifare® Classic 1k chip, please make sure this is compatible with your systems before ordering).
• Material: All our hotel key cards are printed on 760micron white PVC plastic.
• Size: 54mm x 85.6mm • Thickness : 760 micron standard Credit Card thickness.
• How printed? All our key cards are printed full colour CMYK, double sided printing.
• Finishing options* - High Gloss finish; or Matt (silky) finish, same cost.
Our hotel key cards with magnetic stripe, are produced with a DDA Notch (6mm) to assist blind or partially sighted people as suggested for use on hotel key cards by the European Disability Discrimination Act (2004). Rounded corners as standard.

Notes:
• HiCo* - The High Coercivity Magstripe Card
High Coercivity or "HiCo" cards are recommended for a majority of applications. HiCo magnetic stripe cards are typically black in colour and they are encoded with a stronger magnetic field (2750 Oersted). The stronger magnetic field makes HiCo cards more durable because the data encoded on the stripes are less likely to unintentionally be erased when exposed to an outside magnetic field.
HiCo cards are common in applications where they require a longer card life and are swiped often. Credit cards, library cards, access control cards, and hotel Key cards frequently use HiCo technology.
Magnetic stripe cards can be reprogrammed, but it can be inconvenient. In almost all applications, HiCo cards are recommended.
• LoCo* - The Low Coercivity Magstripe Card
The less common Low Coercivity or "LoCo" cards are good for short-term applications. LoCo magnetic stripe cards are generally brown in colour and they are encoded at a low-intensity magnetic field (300 Oersted). LoCo cards are typically used for short-term applications including season passes for theme parks, and amusement parks. - In almost all applications, HiCo cards are recommended.
• Finishing options* - High Gloss finish, or Matt finish, same cost. - Choose your finish, high gloss (shiny) or matt (silk) at no extra cost. N.B. we recommend a matt finish for black or dark designs as gloss tends to show scratches more on dark cards.
• There is not a magnetic stripe, or signature strip, on the RFID key cards.
• There is no DDA notch on the RFID key cards, only on the magetic stripe cards.
• Prices are from artwork supplied, high resolution print PDF required; we will proof by screen PDF.
• We can provide artwork for you, at an additional cost - price subject to your brief, but normally around £50 + VAT
• Printed in packs of 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 750 and 1,000 - greater quantities available on request, please email us for prices.
• Programming of all Key Cards needs to be carried out on your own systems.
• Free* delivery to one mainland UK address included.
• All prices quoted exclude VAT. VAT will be added at the UK prevailing rate (currently 20% as at July 2023), to your order when you proceed to checkout.
The following are our current estimated production times (in working days) for when your print will be ready for despatch from our factory. Delivery will add a further 1 day before your print arrives with you.
All timings are from when you give us approval, from our proof, to proceed to print. We always aim to meet these schedules but occasionally issues out of our control can extend these timings - if your work is of a time critical nature, please email us before placing your order so we can confirm and guarantee your timings first.
• Hotel Key Cards: 10-15 days from your proof approval. We can offer a faster delivery for an additional cost, please email with what you require and we can see what we can do for you.

Free* Delivery Mainland UK
Unless stated otherwise, prices include delivery costs to one Mainland UK address, for orders over £75 excl. VAT.
A small delivery charge of £7.50 + VAT (Total £9.00) will be added to any order total below £75 excl. VAT.
We carefully pack your final print job to ensure it should arrive with you in absolute pristine condition, the same way it leaves our print factory.
A signature will be required on all deliveries, enabling a full tracking of the delivery of your print order.
PLEASE ONLY SIGN for packages if your delivery arrives in perfect condition - Very occasionally, packages get damaged in transit - we cannot accept any responsibility for damaged items, if a delivery is signed for and accepted. Any damages must be notified to us immediately by email. Damaged items should be rejected when the courier makes delivery, or at the very least, signed for as "Delivery Damaged".
We have our own transport for local delivery (generally London wide); we use overnight couriers for all other mainland UK parcel and pallet deliveries; And can arrange international deliveries to Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Holland and the rest of Europe, and the rest of the World (at an extra charge).
Deliveries requested that are to a Non Mainland UK address (see below), will need to be quoted and charged at an additional cost; please enquire by email before placing an order if this is the case. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
