Strathmore Writing Wove was introduced in 1920 as written correspondence boomed. The 90gsm contains 25% cotton that was originally sourced from trimmings reclaimed from textile mills along with government mailbags and used overalls. That is where the term 25% rag came from. In the 1950's, it changed to the more prestigious 25% cotton, when most of the cotton came from the surplus material from the fabric trade.
• We print premium letterheaded writing paper, using metal plates for sharpness.

(i) Ultimate White - whitest shade in standard 90gsm with Watermark (WM); or optional heavier premium 118gsm, Non Watermarked (NWM) paper
(ii) Soft White - an off white shade, in heavier premium 118gsm only, Non Watermarked (NWM) paper
(iii) Natural White - most creamy / ivory shade of paper, in heavy premium 118gsm only, Non Watermarked (NWM) paper
• Strathmore Writing Wove paper is produced from 100% Virgin ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free) fibres.
• Only the 90gsm weight stocks contain 25% cotton fibre and has the registered Strathmore watermark (WM).
• The 118gsm stocks, have no cotton content, and are Non Watermarked (NWM).
• This is a GF Smith paper.
• Single or optional double sided print. All our letterhead printing is professionally litho printed in the UK, using metal plates.
• Trimmed finished size of the letter heads : A4 (297mm x 210mm). We can print other sizes, please enquire.
• FSC® accredited paper - good environmental credentials including FSC mix certification.
• Carbon neutral, made with wind power. Acid free.
• Minimum quantity from us is 250 sheets. Higher quantities available - pricing on request - please email us for prices.

The following are our current estimated production times (in working days) for when your print will be ready for despatch from our factory. Delivery will add a further 1 day before your print arrives with you.
These timings are from when you give us approval, from our proof, to proceed to print. We always aim to meet these schedules but occasionally issues out of our control can extend these timings - if your work is of a time critical nature, please email us before placing your order so we can confirm and guarantee your timings first.

Foiling, embossing, or any other specialist finishing will add additional production time, depending on what is involved.

Unless stated otherwise, prices include delivery costs to one Mainland UK address, for orders over £75 excl. VAT.
A small delivery charge of £7.50 + VAT (Total £9.00) will be added to any order total below £75 excl. VAT.
We carefully pack your final print job to ensure it should arrive with you in absolute pristine condition, the same way it leaves our print factory.
A signature will be required on all deliveries, enabling a full tracking of the delivery of your print order.
PLEASE ONLY SIGN for packages if your delivery arrives in perfect condition - Very occasionally, packages get damaged in transit - we cannot accept any responsibility for damaged items, if a delivery is signed for and accepted. Any damages must be notified to us immediately by email. Damaged items should be rejected when the courier makes delivery, or at the very least, signed for as "Delivery Damaged".
We have our own transport for local delivery (generally London wide); we use overnight couriers for all other mainland UK parcel and pallet deliveries; And can arrange international deliveries to Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Holland and the rest of Europe, and the rest of the World (at an extra charge).
Deliveries requested that are to a Non Mainland UK address (see below), will need to be quoted and charged at an additional cost; please enquire by email before placing an order if this is the case. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
