• DL Leaflet size is 99mm x 210mm; A5 Leaflet size is 148mm x 210mm; A4 Leaflet size is 210mm x 297mm.
• Digital print production is on our Colour Calibrated Professional presses to Fogra 39 standards, on the same stocks we use on our litho presses. Very sharp and accurate printing; In most cases, you cannot tell the difference; The quality is that good!
• We normally deliver using our own transport for locations close to us, incl. Central London & South West London. Overnight courier rest of the UK.
• Quantities : 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 5000, 10,000. Please email us for costs on other quantities, 20,000 (20K) to 1 million
• Printed in the UK, just outside London.

The following are our current estimated production times (in working days) for when your print will be ready for despatch from our factory. Delivery will add a further 1 day before your print arrives with you.
These timings are from when you give us approval, from our proof, to proceed to print. We always aim to meet these schedules but occasionally issues out of our control can extend these timings - if your work is of a time critical nature, please email us before placing your order so we can confirm and guarantee your timings first.

Unless stated otherwise, prices include delivery costs to one Mainland UK address, for orders over £75 excl. VAT.
A small delivery charge of £7.50 + VAT (Total £9.00) will be added to any order total below £75 excl. VAT.
We carefully pack your final print job to ensure it should arrive with you in absolute pristine condition, the same way it leaves our print factory.
A signature will be required on all deliveries, enabling a full tracking of the delivery of your print order.
PLEASE ONLY SIGN for packages if your delivery arrives in perfect condition - Very occasionally, packages get damaged in transit - we cannot accept any responsibility for damaged items, if a delivery is signed for and accepted. Any damages must be notified to us immediately by email. Damaged items should be rejected when the courier makes delivery, or at the very least, signed for as "Delivery Damaged".
We have our own transport for local delivery (generally London wide); we use overnight couriers for all other mainland UK parcel and pallet deliveries; And can arrange international deliveries to Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Holland and the rest of Europe, and the rest of the World (at an extra charge).
Deliveries requested that are to a Non Mainland UK address (see below), will need to be quoted and charged at an additional cost; please enquire by email before placing an order if this is the case. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

The following are considered as Non Mainland UK (and will incur additional delivery charges due to increased charges to us), and include, but are not limited to: delivery to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, all Islands off of Scotland and any address that is not linked by road to mainland UK; Rest of Europe; Rest of World. We can deliver your printed items to any country in the world if requested; Full World wide delivery options available.
